Payment Terms

• 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit to confirm the booking


• Balance payable two (2) business days before the booking date


• Please note: Our deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. We do not refund deposits under any circumstances & we do not transfer deposits under any circumstances. 


• Please note: If you pay a deposit & need to cancel or reschedule your booking to a different date &/or time &/or location for whatever reason, your deposit will be forfeited & kept as part payment for the Cancellation Fees outlined below.

Model Release

Should you wish to video-graph talent &/or their work, a request must be made to do so, along with the initial enquiry for quoting purposes. Should you agree to proceed with the quote, you are required to issue a Model Release Form for signing by the Talent Manager prior to the booking date.

Should the request to video-graph talent &/or their work be made at a later stage, after the initial enquiry & quote, the booking will need to be re-quoted.

Photography of talent &/or their work does not require a Model Release Form unless the photography will be used for commercial purposes, specifically; advertising, promotion, marketing & packaging for any product or service; as well as being combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; & being cropped, altered or modified.

Not Included

Our quote does not include airfares, accommodation, meals, transfers, parking or other sundry expenses not expressly included in the quote.

Cancellation

• 1 month before the booking - 30% of the remaining fees due


• 3 weeks before the booking - 40% of the remaining fees due


• 2 weeks before the booking - 50% of the remaining fees due


• 1 week before the booking - 100% of the remaining fees due

Failure to pay monies owed

Should the balance not be received in full before the day of the booking, our performer(s) will not be permitted to attend the booking. Any monies paid will be held as part-payment for cancelling. The remaining fees will also be due as per our cancellation policy.

Validity

Quotes are valid for a period of 14 days, after which a re-quote will be required.

By payment of the booking deposit to confirm your booking, you are entering into an agreement to honour the above terms and conditions of business.

All quotes are in Australian Dollar (AUD).

Amendment to our Standard Terms & Conditions effective 29 March 2021

Our standard terms & conditions state that deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. Should Government restrictions on non-essential gatherings prevent your event from going ahead; solely if a Government Stay at Home Order is made that includes your event date, then we will transfer your deposit to your new date. 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the same talent for a reschedule as talent availability may be limited. 

In light of recent events: 

We are not liable for you having to reduce your capacity &/or change the location of your event to ensure your event can proceed on the confirmed date at the confirmed time

Changes in venue &/or location will need to be requoted as our bookings are quoted based on the address the event is being held at 

Please be aware of the above amendment to our standard terms & conditions as well as current Government restrictions capping your event capacity 

If the current capped capacity does not meet your requirements for your event, then we suggest delaying the payment of the deposit as we are not liable for you having to reschedule unless Government restrictions on non-essential gatherings prevent your event from going ahead – solely if a Government Stay at Home Order is made  

Force Majeure

Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
